At ProEfficient Fitness, we aim to make your experience as efficient and seamless as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle all orders and shipping:

What to Expect with Every Order

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped directly from our warehouses in the continental U.S, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific product ordered. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. You'll receive updates when your order is in transit.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@proefficientfitness.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it before signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@proefficientfitness.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Freight / LTL Orders

Freight Shipping Overview

For large and heavy items over 150 lbs that require assembly, freight shipping via LTL (Less Than Truckload) will be required. These large items are shipped on a pallet and delivered via a third-party truck carrier. Shipping costs are determined by total package weight and will be calculated at checkout or upon invoice. All freight shipments are fully insured, and ProEfficient Fitness guarantees your product will arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Appointment & Tracking

Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Tracking information may vary depending on the carrier and your service location. You will receive updates as soon as tracking is available.

Weights & Accessories

Smaller items such as weights and accessories typically ship via parcel carriers (UPS or FedEx) and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Certain bulky accessory categories (such as cable attachment kits, storage attachment kits, and rubber flooring) may incur additional freight-related shipping charges.

Important Shipping Notes

  • All freight shipping rates are priced per individual unit.
  • Orders with multiple items will have shipping calculated based on quantity, category, and shipment configuration.
  • Parcel carriers apply to standard ground shipping within the 48 continental states only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment confirmation has been arranged.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our supplier network begins preparing your equipment for shipment. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Because freight deliveries often require appointment scheduling, please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment during the scheduled delivery window. Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, destination, and freight carrier scheduling.

Pre-Assembly: Reduce Setup Time & Simplify Installation

Certain equipment may qualify for pre-assembly services to help streamline your delivery and installation experience. Equipment is professionally prepared and inspected prior to shipment to reduce on-site assembly requirements and setup time upon arrival. 

Pre-assembly service can improve efficiency, minimize installation complexity, and help ensure your equipment arrives ready for an effortless setup.

Curbside Freight Shipping: Reliable Equipment Delivery

Our standard freight shipping option provides dependable delivery experience for large fitness equipment orders. Shipments are typically fulfilled through trusted freight carriers using dock-to-dock or curbside delivery, depending on the product and destination.

A lift gate service may be included to help unload heavy equipment safely from the truck upon arrival. This shipping service is ideal for customers who have their own installation team, prefer to manage final placement themselves, or simply need a reliable freight delivery solution for their equipment order.

Inside Delivery / Garage Delivery: Convenient Placement Assistance

For customers who need extra delivery assistance, inside delivery or garage delivery options may be available to move your equipment beyond standard standard curbside delivery and into a designated entry point, such as a garage, ground-floor room, or commercial receiving area. This shipping service is ideal for customers who want help with placement but plan to handle unpacking, assembly, or final installation separately.

Please note that inside delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, debris removal, or equipment setup unless specifically arranged as part of a white-glove service.

White-Glove Delivery & Installation: Turnkey Equipment Setup

We handle the delivery, assembly, and installation process so your equipment arrives professionally set up and operational with minimal effort on your end. This premium service may include:

  • Inside delivery & equipment placement
  • Unpacking & packaging debris removal
  • Professional assembly & installation
  • Final equipment positioning
  • Post-installation inspection

White-glove service is ideal for commercial facilities, apartment amenity centers, hotels, training studios, and customers who want a more seamless equipment installation experience.

Receiving Your Shipment

If you are not present onsite for delivery, you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. Before accepting your freight shipment, make sure to:

  • Inspect all delivered products immediately upon receipt
  • Take photos of any damaged packaging or product
  • Note on the delivery ticket any damage to packaging or product
  • Sign the delivery ticket only after inspection, noting any damage on the ticket

Upon delivery:

An authorized point of contact must be present to accept the delivery, instruct placement, and sign delivery paperwork.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, please sign “DAMAGED” on the receiving paperwork. This ensures we can replace any damaged product promptly and at no additional cost to you.

If you report:

Report damage or discrepancies immediately with your order number, product names, and photos. All damage and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If you don't report after the 3 days, you will incur costs associated with claim denial and product issues due to delayed reporting.

Delivery Survey Requirement

After payment has been received, you will be required to complete a Delivery Survey that provides information about location access, including:

Accurate measurements of hallways, doorways, entries, staircases, and any other potential access points.

Disclosure of any delivery challenges or site restrictions.

Note: Failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in additional re-delivery and pickup/extraction fees starting at $99 if delivery cannot be completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a confirmed delivery is canceled by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of $49 will apply.
