It is particularly suitable for large commercial and industrial areas like parking lots, gas stations, warehouses, and workshops. This energy-efficient LED lighting solution seamlessly integrates into existing fixtures, offering a cost-effective way to reduce energy consumption.

Durability & Cooling System

The design incorporates a Fin Heatsink with an active Sunon fan for cooling, ensuring optimal heat management. The PC cover protects the LEDs from dust, insects, and humidity, making it ideal for various working environments. The driver is fully sealed with thermal paste, effectively dispersing heat to prevent overheating. Additionally, the use of high-efficiency 150LM/W LED chips enhances light output, improving energy efficiency.

Optics & Versatility

The LED Corn Bulb features a transparent PC cover, offering wide coverage with options ranging from 80W to 300W. Available with an E39 socket, it can be used in a variety of applications with either sealed or open fixtures.

Electrical & Surge Protection

The bulb includes standard 6kV surge protection to safeguard against power surges. It operates within the voltage range of 100-277 VAC, with no ballast required for installation. The 360° beam angle provides extensive light coverage, and it is equipped with a top-brand Rubycon capacitor for enhanced reliability. Furthermore, it produces no UV or IR radiation, making it safer for the environment.

Installation

The installation process is simple and straightforward, with the LED Corn Bulb being compatible with traditional fixtures. To install, you must remove or bypass the ballast in your electric circuit before screwing in the bulb (E39 base). The recommended installation height for optimal performance is between 10ft and 15ft.
